The aim of this all-women’s programme is to build self-confidence, belief in abilities and to enhance leadership skills.
The aim of this all-women’s programme is to enhance leadership skills and build belief in abilities. The programme is open to all women, not just those currently in leadership positions.
Through team exercises, group discussions and tasks based in the outdoors, the programme will introduce you to leadership models, enable you to understand more about your leadership qualities, strengths and goals. Delivered in a unique, interactive and engaging way, all with an ethos of support and collaboration.
